- 250 grms Beans
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Jeera
- 1 Tbsp Channa Dal
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Hing
- 3-4 (adjust according to your taste) Green Chillies
- 2-3 Tbsp Grated Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste
Sautéd beans which can be served with chapatis and rice.
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when it starts crackling add Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Hing, Channa Dal and Green Chillies.
- Once Channa dal is slightly roasted, add finely chopped Beans and salt, cover it with a lid.
- Keep stirring in between for 8 to 10mins.
- Once cooked switch off the flame. Add grated Coconut, Lemon Juice and finely chopped Coriander and stir well.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and enjoy it with hot Chapaties or Rice.
